Gifts for Homeschooling Moms that They will Love

Us homeschooling moms are hands-on 24/7. Because we wear many hats, it might be hard to decide what to buy for us. Gifts for homeschooling moms is meant to help give you some ideas of what your favorite mom/wife/sister/friend will enjoy.

Gifts for Homeschooling Moms as Teacher, Mom, and Wife

Like I said before, we wear many hats. I’ve tried to divide this post on gifts for homeschooling moms into categories. Teacher helps, relaxation gifts, etc. I think the most important thing to remember is that the homeschooling mom in your life is a woman first. She wants to be treated as one, not just a cook or a teacher or a maid.

The best gift you can give her is appreciation!

However, you can’t wrap appreciation so here are some gifts that will make her smile when she opens them!

Relaxing Gifts for Her

The highest priority of gifts for homeschooling moms are the ones that help us relax. A running theme among moms is that we do not take time to care for ourselves. This leads to stress and burnout!

Let’s begin with relaxing gifts for her with pampering ideas for at home and away from home.

Pamper Ideas for at Home

Pamper ideas for at home should start with bath salts! These are for detoxing and relaxing.

What goes well with bath salts? Beeswax candles, of course! I’m allergic to most candles (weird right?) so beeswax is my thing.

Essential oils can be helpful in relaxing. I love lavender or a calming mix for stress relief. Diffusers come in a variety of pretty and functional designs.

Does the homeschooling mom in your life have a favorite coffee or tea? Monthly subscription for wine or high-end coffees and teas will be another way for her to find moments to relax throughout a busy day.

Away from Home Relaxation Gifts for Mom

We don’t have a lot of spa-like places to visit in my neck of the woods, but away from home relaxation gifts for mom are a wonderful treat!

  • massages
  • mani/pedi
  • hair treatment whether it’s a cut or highlights or full color
  • facials

Subscription Boxes for Moms

Have you considered subscription boxes for moms? A monthly or quarterly package that comes in the mail. These make great gifts because it is like receiving gifts all year long 🙂

Cratejoy has monthly spa boxes also one with special soaps and bath products.

You can get subscription boxes that deliver high-end coffee or hot chocolate or tea! Another great way to help her relax and feel special.

Is wine more her thing? Monthly wine clubs could make an appreciated subscription box for mom.

Gifts for Homeschooling Moms: Help for the Chaos and the Clutter

Whether you are homeschooling one child or seven, there is going to be chaos and clutter. Often times the homeschooling mom in your life is so busy organizing kid stuff that her own will get thrown into a drawer or two.

School Supply Organizers

Don’t overlook simple organization ideas as gifts for homeschooling moms. While dollar store plastic containers will be cheaper, they may not be quite as cute or functional. Amazon has a nice selection of organizers.

Sometimes cute organization is fun and not something she would spend money on for herself.

Homeschool Planners

Homeschool planners are great for organization and a way to keep track of all the things that must be remembered!

Helpful School Equipment

When I surveyed homeschool moms about what they would like to receive as a gift, a couple of them listed school equipment that would make their lives easier. Laminators and printers are great for all moms really, but us homeschool moms will put them to work!

Encouragement for Homeschooling Moms

Encouragement for homeschooling moms is always a great idea. Let her know how much she means to you and how you appreciate her. I mentioned earlier that the best gift we can give homeschool moms is appreciation!

Mugs for Moms

Check out these cute mom mugs!

Mugs for Teachers

Encouragement for homeschooling moms can also come in the form of teacher mugs!

Devotionals for Teachers

Devotionals provide great encouragement for homeschooling moms. For the stressful days when life doesn’t go as planned, devotionals for teachers will refresh her spirit.

Devotionals for Moms

Encouragement for homeschooling moms can be found in devotionals for moms too!

Gift Cards for Homeschooling Moms

Gifts for homeschooling moms would not be complete without a list of gift cards. The obvious gift cards for mom such as Amazon or Target were my first thought, but did you know you can also get gift cards for Magnolia Market? If the homeschooling mom in your life is a fan of Joanna Gaines, this might be really fun for her! Hopefully, this list gives you some great ideas!

  • Amazon
  • Target
  • Magnolia Market
  • Barnes and Nobles
  • Etsy
  • Hobby Lobby
  • Old Navy
  • Blueprint is a crafting company. They sell all kinds of fun crafting materials as well as helpful kits and videos.
  • Starbucks or her favorite coffee shop
  • Marshalls or TJ Maxx

Gifts for Homeschooling Moms

One last gift for homeschooling moms idea. Memberships to places like museums and zoos are nice. It is always fun to get out of the house for our learning adventures!
